What We Do
An organization is a composite of human intent, structure, function and process that merge within a dynamic and interdependent community of individuals who must strive to interact and function collectively for the good of the organization. RANA helps individuals, groups and organizations by intervening (i.e. entering into an ongoing system with the intent of helping those in the system) to assist them in effecting constructive organizational change by addressing issues, solving problems, making decisions, building and deploying organizational structures and processes, and learning to work interdependently with greater efficacy.

We deal with any human activity that can be reduced to a series of steps leading to a result, even though there may be a great deal of thinking and positioning that needs to take place in and around each step. RANA delivers its services through a network of seasoned and accredited associates working at the international level on client issues and concerns of process management.
