RANA is a matrix of principals and associate consultants, all of whom have extensive experience in the full spectrum of management processes and in the development and delivery of customized training programs and organization development consulting work in government, industry, and the NGO sectors in Canada and abroad.

Mr. Paul H.J. Cormier B.A., M.A., C.P.F., is Chairman of the Board and Vice President Research and Development of RANA International Inc.

With broad experience in the public and private sector, Mr. Cormier has consulted with client organizations in the full continuum of management practices from strategic and operational planning, communications strategies, information management, through project management, to executive development and conflict resolution. He was the host of TVO's "How Will You Manage", a six‑part introduction to management series. Mr. Cormier is a skilled trainer and facilitator, the designer of the Process Integration Model for organizational effectiveness, and the developer of 25 different intervention and training workshops, including RANA's flagship workshop "Facilitation: Process, Techniques and Logistics". He is fluently bilingual.

Mr. Cameron Fraser C.D., C.P.F., is Vice President of Learning Services with RANA.

He was among the first Facilitators in North America to have his skills recognized by the International Association of Facilitators with its Certified Professional Facilitator designation and has over twenty five years experience in executive development, management, leadership of teams, strategic, business and project planning, process improvement, decision-making, collaborative problem-solving and the delivery of training in both the public and private sectors.  Cameron's  expertise and dedication have enabled him to build a solid clientele in both North America and Europe. He has provided Facilitation skills training to thousands of individuals, many of whom have followed on to become Certified Professional Facilitators themselves.

Mr. Donald C. Loken, B.A., MBA., C.P.F., is a the Vice‑President of Government Services with RANA.

He has over 26 years experience in the public, community and volunteer sectors.  This includes extensive management and experience in policy development and assessment; strategic, business and operational planning; organizational structure; governance; and regulatory issues. Mr. Loken is an experienced trainer and facilitator, and is a teacher/coach in the area of executive development and human resource motivation.

Mr. Ronald J. Desroches, B.A., B.Sc., M.A., C.P.F. is the Vice President of Intervention Services, RANA International Inc.

Ron has twenty years of public sector experience at both the national and regional levels and 14 years of private sector experience. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator, meeting the stringent certification requirement of the International Association of Facilitators. He is an accomplished mediator and has extensive experience in training and in leading strategic, change and risk management, program evaluation, conflict resolution, modeling, mentoring and coaching, stakeholder consultation, team building and project management exercises. Mr. Desroches is equally proficient in both official languages.

Ms. Laura Lea McPherson, B.A., C.P.F., is a Senior Affiliate with RANA International Inc.

Ms. Laura Lea McPherson, CPF, B. A., is an International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Certified Professional Facilitator and is a senior consultant within, RANA International Inc. She has had over 15 years experience in the areas of facilitation, coaching, management, strategic, business and project planning, process improvement, decision-making, stake holder consultation/sessions, facilitated mediation and the delivery of training in both the public and private sectors.  In addition she has been involved in the organization of management teams to develop logical and creative work plans for the best approaches to issues and solutions of problems.  This has meant working closely with members of these organizations to extract from them the information and expertise necessary to focus on the existing situation and identify the possibility for, and implications of, change.  Laura has conducted both small and large group facilitation, achieving the specified objectives.

Ms. Suzanne Laplante, C.P.F., is a Senior with RANA International Inc.

She has over 7 years experience as a process advisor and facilitator.  As a member of RANA's team of consultants, she has facilitated mediated sessions and client consultations. As an employee of Natural Resources Canada with a scientific team and as a resource person for the department, she has provided facilitation services to internal and external clients on processes such as client consultation, team building, strategic and operational planning. She has a solid understanding of the issues surrounding the scientific community. Suzanne is fluently bilingual.

Mr. Larry Arpaia, C.P.F., is a Senior Affiliate with RANA International. 

Larry Arpaia is the owner of Community Connections Consulting and affiliated with RANA International Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in Senior Management, Executive Development, Program Review, Leadership of Teams and Training in the public and private sector. Mr. Arpaia is a Certified Professional Facilitator, International Association of Facilitators.

Mr. Ron Andrews, C.P.F., is a Senior Affiliate with RANA International.

Ron provides a 25-year background in corporate management.  He is a dynamic leader and team-builder consistently motivating others to succeed.  Ron is an accomplished facilitator and an award-winning leader for excellence in community service.   He is a forward thinker and an innovative and creative problem solver - known for thinking outside the box.

Mr. Lloyd Livingstone, C.P.F., B.A., M.A., is a Senior Affiliate with RANA International. 

He has extensive practice in the design and delivery of  learning curriculum that aligns itself with organizational needs and strategies, including documentation and tracking.  Lloyd has managed the work of individuals, groups and vendors to attain measurable and target results from training interventions, incorporating comprehensive ROEI modelling and skill gap analysis.  He has also served as adviser/change agent to process project teams.

Mr. Richard Steer, C.P.F., P.M.P, is a Senior Affiliate with RANA International. 

Richard Steer is a specialist in project and process management, Richard has over 15 years of corporate experience.  Richard has valuable hands-on experience driving the implementation of process excellence initiatives in a variety of environments, including Information Technology. Using facilitative processes he has provided effective delivery of several corporate team initiatives including, strategic thinking and visioning, project management, continuous improvement, team-building, action planning and risk management.  He is experienced in graphic recording and the method of collecting the clients’ thoughts, creating the necessary images from these thoughts and developing the final visual product through graphic facilitation. Richard is a member of the Project Management Institute as well as the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Professional Facilitator.  He has also acquired his certificate of completion, Six Sigma Black Belt.
